Support Custom Asset Types

Currently, the set of asset and liability types that can be chosen from and set on a value position is fixed.

The goal of this feature is to provide an editor for the existing types and also allow to add new custom types. The new UI to support this should also provide options to sort the order of entries and possibly to hide unwanted options.

Extend chart data break-down options as necessary to support any new asset types.
