Extend Instrument Types

The currently supported instrument types include:

• stocks and ETFs

• currencies

• cryptocurrencies

• options (IB)

• and for IB, only via portfolio synchronization, bonds, funds and futures.

Consider extending this lists, allowing to create new candidate/watchlist entries for instruments of type:

• bonds

• funds

• futures, warrants and other derivatives

Background: bonds, funds and futures can currently only be tracked using Custom Instrument entries, which is sub-optimal for any instrument type for which current market data can be obtained.
